| Once purchased, all Opera Vivente tickets are non-refundable. Season subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production free of charge. Non-subscribers will be assessed a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee. To exchange tickets, patrons should send the tickets they wish to exchange to Opera Vivente at 811 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 with a note indicating their new choice of performance. Opera Vivente will then exchange their tickets for the closest comparable seat at the indicated performance. | |||||
